Sausages & Burgers

All our sausages are made using specially selected fresh cuts of shoulder and belly pork, with no bone or gristle as everything is cut by hand. The meat is coarsely ground and the separate ingredients that make our own recipes are added and mixed before being filled into natural skins and hand-linked. This gives them a lovely course ground, open texture with a high meat content varying between 80% - 100% meat, that doesn’t shrink at all when cooked.
