Ordering, Despatch & Delivery Instructions

Please read our Ordering, Despatch and Delivery Instructions carefully before placing your order.

Our minimum order value is £35.00 before delivery charge of £12.95, up to max wieght 25kg.
All our products are made fresh to order and are suitable for freezing.  
Orders are then packed in insulated boxes with ice-packs which will keep produce chilled during despatch and up to 72 hours in case of delay in delivery or if you instruct DPD to leave your parcel safe if not in. 

Deliveries are Thursdays & Fridays weekly, the 'next available delivery date' is shown on top right corner of On-Line Shop with 'Your Basket" .

All orders are despatched overnight for next day* delivery by DPD before 7.30pm.

Alternative delivery days required may be arranged on request subject to availablity and additional charge if delivery required for Saturday.  For special occasions, specific dates required please book delivery date with us well in advance to guaranteed required date. 

Important: Someone will need to be available to take delivery of your parcel.  If not, you will have to arrange direct with DPD on the day of delivery when you receive your '1 Hour delivery' notification email and/or text message.  You will be able to state where to leave the parcel or arrange alternative address to leave with neighbour, place of work  etc. 

When giving  DPD instructions to leave parcel in a safe place, please make sure it is undercover out of the sun or rain.

Please give accurate post codes and contact telephone numbers to help with despatch and delivery.

Payment using Secure PayPal System - you can set up to pay by PayPal account or direct Bank Account debit.  Using PayPal means secure payments separate from our website.
