Ordering, Despatch & Delivery Instructions

Please read all Ordering, Despatch and Delivery Instructions carefully before placing your order.

We operate a Weekly Delivery Service.

All orders are despatched on a Thursday overnight for next day delivery before 6pm.

Orders placed before Midnight Sunday will be delivered Friday. Orders placed after Midnight Sunday will automatically be processed the following week. The Delivery Date is automatically updated and displayed clearly at all stages.

Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel on delivery, or if not, please give simple, clear instructions for your parcel to be left in a safe, secure place, undercover and out of the sun.

Orders can be sent to your home, place of work, neighbours, relatives or holiday homes. (To share carriage cost, several orders can go in the same box, named & priced individually, if the total weight does not exceed 25kg).

Please give accurate post codes and contact telephone numbers to help with despatch and delivery.

Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice-packs which will keep produce chilled during despatch. Please ensure contents are refrigerated on delivery.

All our products are fresh and suitable for freezing.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery Service before 6pm.

P&P Rates: 1kg – 15kg = £12.95, and 16kg – 25kg = £15.95.
